The Senior Analyst, Transformation Office (TO), will be responsible for supporting Syncsort’s transformation priorities. The TO executes on key strategic programs for Syncsort, across five transformation levers – Cost Efficiency, Process Excellence, Cultural Improvement, Growth, and Vision and Strategy. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting with many of the TO initiatives with guidance from TO leadership, and in collaboration with functional and divisional colleagues. The successful candidate will bring an execution-oriented mindset and a consultative approach to driving results and change in support of Syncsort’s transformation vision. The role will allow the right candidate to grow quickly and be exposed to the breadth of Syncsort’s operations and businesses.
We expect individuals in the Integration and Management Office to exhibit a broad set of skills including a keen sense of strategic thinking and rigorous analytics, solid written and verbal communications ability, influencing skills, inspirational leadership, and understanding stakeholder needs. In addition, the Integration and Transformation Project Manager should also be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust across internal stakeholders and with founders/ executives at target companies, and be viewed as a team player.
