  • Overview

    The Senior Analyst, Transformation Office (TO), will be responsible for supporting Syncsort’s transformation priorities. The TO executes on key strategic programs for Syncsort, across five transformation levers – Cost Efficiency, Process Excellence, Cultural Improvement, Growth, and Vision and Strategy. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting with many of the TO initiatives with guidance from TO leadership, and in collaboration with functional and divisional colleagues. The successful candidate will bring an execution-oriented mindset and a consultative approach to driving results and change in support of Syncsort’s transformation vision. The role will allow the right candidate to grow quickly and be exposed to the breadth of Syncsort’s operations and businesses. 


    • Assist in driving a number of cross-enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives across the five Transformation levers
    • Develop a project plan for each initiative; assist in managing and resolving interdependencies with teams
    • Prepare communication materials for executive reporting on TO programs and initiatives
    • Conduct analytics and use a data driven perspective in approaching transformation programs
    • Work with functional and divisional stakeholders to progress TO initiatives, manage interdependencies and achieve intended results
    • Foster change in the organization through execution of TO initiatives and achievement of intended outcomes
    • Contribute towards the annual mission of the TO across five pillars
    • Multiple hats - demonstrated the ability to execute on multiple TO and integration projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-orientated work environment


    We expect individuals in the Integration and Management Office to exhibit a broad set of skills including a keen sense of strategic thinking and rigorous analytics, solid written and verbal communications ability, influencing skills, inspirational leadership, and understanding stakeholder needs. In addition, the Integration and Transformation Project Manager should also be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust across internal stakeholders and with founders/ executives at target companies, and be viewed as a team player.

    • 4+ years of professional experience in Consulting, strategy or project management roles
    • Experience from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, blue-chip technology operating company in project based roles a plus
    • Superior hands-on analytical skills including very strong modeling skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Presence to interact with both executive management and front-line employees
    • Strong academic credentials. Undergraduate degree a must, preferably with business or finance emphasis; MBA preferred
