This position has primary responsibility to work as part of a team in planning and managing corporate M&A projects. The role will range from participating in the assessment / due diligence phase of acquisition target companies through to ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired entities, managing the integration of all HR related matters. This individual will participate in defining and modeling a positive integration experience for incoming employees. The successful candidate will utilize analytic and relationship skills to collaborate with management and employees of newly acquired companies to drive successful integration. This is a highly cross functional HR role and the incumbent will also partner across functional teams within HR and the broader company to oversee compensation, benefits and payroll integration actions. Individual will also help with organization analysis, employee leveling and compensation reviews and monitor integration tasks to ensure larger project plan timelines are being met. Act as a company champion for the newly acquired team. Number of years of work experience: 10+ years progressively responsible experience in HR, including M&A integration.
