The Contract Administrator position will be responsible for processing transactions in our CRM Dynamics system and assisting customers with licensing requests. The role requires ongoing interface with Renewals, Sales and Technical Support teams.
Process all transactions in the CRM Dynamics system (renewals, new business, upgrades, professional services).
Work closely with Renewals Coordinators for any questions pertaining to license renewals and upgrades
Respond to customer requests for license transfers/upgrades. Prepare pricing calculations, obtain signed approvals, and process transactions.
Issue permanent and provisional license keys in CRM (renewals, transfers, disaster recovery)
Interact with Sales for New Business Orders to ensure all required paperwork has been submitted and accurately completed
Assist with “pushing” processed orders to the general ledger
Assist on special projects, as needed, as we continue to integrate newly acquired companies
Bachelors degree or minimum 4 years work experience
Very detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and also collaboratively with other cross functional groups
Proficiency in excel, Word, MS Outlook
Previous experience with CRM Dynamics, or within software industry is a plus
